Situation

Customers and internal teams needed both in-depth Microsoft training and direct support with escalations, daily administration and platform operations.

Constraints

  • Combining training with production administration

My scope of responsibility

As a Microsoft-certified trainer and IT consultant I taught server, client, SCCM and Exchange topics and handled 3rd-level assignments remotely and on site in parallel.

  • I took on 3rd-level support, escalations and server and client administration.
