01 · Starting point
Situation
Companies and founders often come with manual processes, scattered data, a product idea that is still vague, or existing software that needs further development. Technical value only emerges when problem, user flow, automation, software architecture, quality assurance and rollout are treated as one coherent product effort.
Constraints
- Business problems must be understood precisely before the technical solution
- AI features need verifiable results and human approval points
- Product scope, technical quality, budget and delivery have to fit together
02 · Responsibility

03 · Technical work
Documented scope of work
Key decisions
Start with the smallest usable workflow or product core. A clearly scoped first use case can be tested earlier and prevents automation or product projects from failing under unnecessary scope.
Use AI only where it improves a specific work step. Search, summaries, support answers or reporting only create value when data flow, review and accountability are settled in the real process.
- AI integrations cover prompt and workflow design, API integration, human review steps and tests.

Lesson from the engagement
Good automation does not start with a model or a framework, but with a clearly understood process and a verifiable benefit for the people who run it every day.
