This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When the website is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, time of access, requested URL) in order to deliver the website and ensure secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure usage. The measurement works without cookies and without cross-device profiles; IP addresses are not stored permanently. Aggregated page views and selected, non-personal interaction events (e.g. a click on “Download CV”) are recorded with attributes such as source page and audience (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in improving the website).

If you use the contact form or get in touch by email, the data you provide (name, email address, company, message) is processed solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Form messages are sent via the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor.

Please do not send passwords or confidential client data through the form. Enquiry data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and for initiating a possible contract, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).

To exercise your rights, an informal message to r.khan@rktechs.io is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
